Black and white introduces us to the genre of classic street photography. All the variety, all the delight and pain, all the beauty and ugliness of life are made of shadow and light and the nuances of grey in the black and white images help to see them. Thus, while the picture in color contains a statement, the black and white image provides the observer with a suggestion. Some of the pictures herein presented talk about solitude and poverty, but also about love, friendship, commitment, and various sentiments of common life.

Il bianco e nero ci introduce al genere della classica fotografia di strada in cui la narrazione delle vicende umane si basa, oltre che sui lineamenti, anche sulle infinite combinazioni tra luci e ombre e sulle sfumature di grigio.  In pratica, mentre una foto a colori contiene un’affermazione, l’immagine in bianco e nero contiene un suggerimento. Alcune immagini di questa serie parlano di solitudine e povertà, ma anche di amore, amicizia, dedizione e di varie situazioni della vita comune.
